Daniel Wocial has been arecently VP in Adecco Group and the Cluster Leader for Poland Czech Republic since March 2021. In addition of the responsibility of the performance of respective countries Daniel plays roles as Primus Inter Pares by connecting all existing Adecco brands in the Cluster to bring a comprehensive value proposition to clients and Candidates. Prior to Adecco he joined Marsh in 2017 as the Head of Operations and Technology for Continental Europe, where he led the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies across 34 counties within CE.
Key programs include implementation of the Global Functional Model, process synergizing and streamlining, across the region and transition to the European Hub. He also serves as the President for MMC Group Services for MMC / Marsh Ops in Poland. Prior to that, he helped launch and led Mercer’s Global Business Services (GOSS, Warsaw).
Daniel has experience standing up Business Operations and HR organizations across a variety of organizations including AXA Direct Poland, HP GBS and T-Mobile played local and regional roles. He holds a postgraduate degree in Insurance from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, Canadian EMBA at the University of Quebec & Warsaw School of Economics and Master in Psychology of University of Warsaw.
Daniel is a member and co-founder of the Associate of Business Services Leaders and the Knowledge Management Association.
